Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 23, 2026
Introduction
Chicken Country is a countryside-themed slot machine game where you spin the reels, match farm symbols, and collect virtual coins — no real money, no in-app purchases, just cozy entertainment. This Privacy Policy explains what happens with your information when you use the Chicken Country mobile application (the "App") and its companion website at chicken0009.com.
We've tried to keep this plain and friendly, so you can actually tell what's going on. If anything is unclear, the contact details are at the bottom.
By using the App, you agree to the practices described below. This policy is published by Chicken Country ("we", "us", or "our").
Your Rights and Choices
You're in control of your data. Here's what you can do at any time:
- Reset your advertising ID — open Android Settings > Google > Ads to reset the Google Advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads.
- Clear app data — open Settings > Apps > Chicken Country > Storage > Clear data to wipe the anonymous identifier, cached files, and any cookies or local storage created by the built-in browser.
- Uninstall the App — this stops all further data collection from the App on your device.
- Request deletion — email us (details below) and we'll make reasonable efforts to remove your data from our systems.
- Access, correct, or export your data — reach out using the contact details below and we'll help.
Information We Collect
We try to collect only what the App actually needs to work properly. Here's the full list.
Automatically Collected Information
When you first launch the App, a few things happen in the background:
- Anonymous identifier — the App generates a random, anonymous identifier that's unique to your installation. It's stored on your device and is not tied to your name, email, or any other personal detail. If you clear app data or uninstall the App, a new identifier is generated the next time you start the App.
- Device language and region — the App reads your device's language setting so it can display the right text and formats.
Advertising Identifier and Attribution
We use AppsFlyer to measure which marketing campaigns bring new players to Chicken Country. This helps us spend our marketing budget on the campaigns that actually work. The following attribution-related data is collected:
- Google Advertising ID (GAID) — a resettable identifier provided by Google Play Services that helps match your install to the marketing source. You can reset it or opt out of personalized ads any time in Android Settings > Google > Ads.
- AppsFlyer installation identifier — a unique install-level identifier generated by AppsFlyer.
- Attribution source and campaign name — for example, "organic install" or the name of the ad that led you to the Play Store listing.
- Install referrer — information about how you arrived at the Play Store listing.
- Your anonymous identifier (described above) is shared with AppsFlyer alongside the attribution data.
AppsFlyer also collects standard device data such as IP address, device model, and operating system version as part of its service. You can read the full list in AppsFlyer's privacy policy. We do not receive your name, phone number, email, contacts, precise location, or any other personal data from AppsFlyer.
Built-in Browser
The App includes a built-in browser used to display this Privacy Policy, the Support page, and the contact form within the App itself. The built-in browser does not collect any additional information beyond what is already described above. However, please note:
- Websites loaded in the built-in browser can set cookies (including third-party cookies) just like any other mobile browser.
- Websites can use local storage to save small amounts of data in the browser.
- Both cookies and local storage stay on your device and follow standard browser rules. You can clear them by clearing app data for Chicken Country.
Any website you open through the built-in browser operates under its own privacy practices.
Support and Bug Reports
The App's Support page lets you send us a message or report a bug. If you decide to do so, you may provide:
- A category for your inquiry (technical support, feedback, or other)
- Your name and email address
- A description of your question or the issue you ran into
- An optional file attachment — you can take a photo or video using your device's camera, or choose an existing file (such as a screenshot, image, or document) through your device's file picker
This information is sent only when you choose to submit the form. We use it purely to reply to you and resolve what you reported — nothing else. The App itself does not access your camera directly; photo and video capture is handled entirely by your device's built-in camera app.
Local Data Storage
Your gameplay data — coin balance, unlocked background scenes, statistics (total spins, highest win, RTP, streaks), bet preferences, and daily coin refresh timers — is stored locally on your device. It is not transmitted to our servers. If you clear app data or uninstall the App, this information is lost.
What We Don't Collect
We want to be equally clear about what we don't touch:
- We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or real-world identity (unless you volunteer them through the Support page).
- We do not collect precise or approximate location — the App does not request any location permissions.
- We do not access your contacts, calendar, photos, microphone, or health data.
- The App does not involve real-money gambling, purchases, or payments, so no financial information is ever collected.
- We do not show third-party advertisements inside the App.
How We Use This Information
The information described above is used only for the purposes listed below:
- To run the App on your device, remember your coin balance, and display content in your language
- To measure how users discover Chicken Country and evaluate which marketing channels are effective (via AppsFlyer)
- To respond to your support questions and fix bugs you report
- To keep the App secure and detect abuse
Who We Share Information With
We don't sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that make the App work:
- AppsFlyer — receives the Google Advertising ID, AppsFlyer installation identifier, attribution data, install referrer, anonymous identifier, and standard device telemetry. Their practices are described in the AppsFlyer privacy policy.
- Google Play Services — manages the Google Advertising ID on your device. See Google's privacy policy and Google's advertising technologies page.
- Law enforcement or legal authorities — only if we're required to by law, a court order, or to protect our rights.
Data Security
All network connections between the App and our servers or service providers use HTTPS/TLS encryption. We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect the data we handle, though no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If we ever become aware of a security issue that affects your data, we'll act to address it.
Data Retention
We keep data only for as long as it's useful for the purposes described above:
- Anonymous identifier — persists on your device until you clear app data or uninstall the App.
- Cookies and local storage (built-in browser) — follow standard browser expiration rules, or until you clear app data.
- Google Advertising ID — managed by Google Play Services; you can reset it whenever you like.
- AppsFlyer attribution data — retained by AppsFlyer per their policy; typically tied to your app installation.
- Support messages — kept for as long as needed to answer your question, then archived or deleted.
If you'd like your data deleted, email us using the contact details below.
Third-Party Links
The App and the website may include links to third-party sites (for example, the AppsFlyer or Google privacy policies). We don't control those sites, and this Privacy Policy doesn't apply to them — please check their own policies before interacting with them.
Children's Privacy
Chicken Country is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with information, please contact us and we'll delete it promptly.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy from time to time — for example, if we add or remove a feature that affects data collection. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be communicated through the App where practical. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
