1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Chicken Country mobile application (the "App"), provided by Chicken Country, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. License to Use the App
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
3. Virtual Currency
The App features virtual coins that are used solely for in-app gameplay purposes. Virtual coins:
- Have no real-world monetary value
- Cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services
- Cannot be transferred, sold, or traded outside the App
- Are provided through a daily refresh system (1,000 coins per 24-hour period)
- Are not subject to refund or compensation
The App does not offer in-app purchases. No real money is involved in any aspect of gameplay. The App is intended purely for entertainment and does not constitute gambling.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the App or its underlying systems
- Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to interact with the App
- Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the App
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, graphics, compilation, digital conversion, and other matters related to the App are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. All trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos displayed within the App are the property of their respective owners. You are granted no right or license to use any intellectual property except as expressly set forth in these Terms.
6. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
